Jamie Little Auto Racing Commentator and Action Sports Reporter

Jamie Little is a well-known face and voice to fans of NASCAR, IndyCar and X Games telecasts on ESPN and ABC since beginning her television career in 2002.

Working as a pit reporter for coverage of NASCAR’s Sprint Cup and Nationwide Series, as well as the IZOD IndyCar Series, she also reports for NASCAR Now, ESPN’s daily NASCAR news and information program. Little began IndyCar pit reporting in 2004 and joined ESPN’s NASCAR team in 2007.

In addition, Little works as a reporter on the Winter X Games, since 2002. She also reported on the Summer X Games for five years before beginning her NASCAR duties and has worked as a reporter on ESPN’s New Year’s Eve specials as well.

Little’s love for Motocross and Supercross is what brought her to television. Beginning her career as a reporter for racing on two-wheels, Little covers motocross and other action sports involving motorcycles. She lent her name and likeness to the popular racing video game ‘MX World Tour Featuring Jamie Little’ and had a cameo in the 2005 feature film ‘Fantastic Four,’ starring Jessica Alba and includes an X Games-related scene. She was also in ‘Supercross the Movie,’ starring Darryl Hannah.

Outside of motorsports, Little served as a host and feature reporter for ESPN Great Outdoor Games from 2003-2005 and previously worked as a red carpet reporter for the ESPYs.

While earning her journalism degree from San Diego State University, Little worked on motorcycle and action sports television productions, starting as a runner and eventually moving up to a reporting position. She had been around dirt bikes as a teen and followed her passion for the sport and the sport of television.

Aside from covering motorsports, Little also loves hosting and emceeing live events. She says her motivation is bringing personal stories to the fans.

“It’s what drives me on a daily basis.”

Little also enjoys, fashion, fitness and traveling. Her dream job includes hosting a show like ABC’s ‘Dancing with the Stars.’ As for her future, Little’s hope is to branch into entertainment television, spreading her wings in the world of television.
