“Beyond the Wheel” Portrays NASCAR® Icons and Traditions in Four Original Short Films Airing on NASCAR RACE HUB on FS1 

FS1 with NASCAR Productions will present, as a part of FS1’s NASCAR RACE HUB™, a new documentary short film series entitled Beyond the Wheel to offer an inside look at the sport’s most interesting stories and traditions. The documentaries further NASCAR RACE HUB’sexpansion into dynamic storytelling, taking a new approach to explore pivotal moments and offer never-before-seen insights on influential NASCAR legends and fascinating historical characters. Launches for Second Season

Players Compete to Win Trips, Tickets and Merchandise with New Race-by-Race Scoring 

NASCAR® fans, for the second consecutive year, can showcase their race prediction skills with The Chase Grid™ Battle Powered by Bing. Back for the second season, the game allows players to make Round-by-Round picks and compete for prizes throughout the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup™, which kicks-off September 20 at Chicagoland Speedway.

New in 2015, the race-by-race scoring format awards points after each race in the ten races of The Chase™ and for predicting the drivers who will advance through each round, through the championship at Homestead-Miami Speedway on November 22. Picks can also be made with the help of Bing Predicts, which relies on relevant data, to make intelligent recommendations about upcoming events and is fully integrated into the game. We’re chatting about all the hottest topics and what fans can expect at the track over the upcoming weekend of racing at Richmond International Raceway with NASCAR Sprint Cup and XFINITY Series, and the K&N Pro Series East. The Camping World Truck Series returns to action at Chicagoland Speedway on September 18th and the ARCA Racing Series is at Salem Speedway on September 19th. The  K&N West teams return to action in October.

When possible, we’ll bring  guests from around the NASCAR world to give their perspective too.

This week ARCA Racing Series driver, Grant Enfinger, with GMS Racing talks about his win at DuQuoin State Fairgrounds last Monday and his lead in the series’ point standings.

Grant Enfinger Wins with Last Lap Pass at DuQuoin State Fairgrounds

For the second consecutive year, Grant Enfinger and his No. 23 team are coming home victorious from the ‘Magic Mile’ of dirt track racing in the Southern Illinois 100 presented by Federated Car Care at DuQuoin State Fairgrounds with GMS Racing. This is Enfingers’ fifth ARCA Racing Series victory of the 2015 season.

Earlier on Monday, Enfinger won the pole award to start the 100-lap event from the front row. From the beginning of the race, Enfinger pulled away from the rest of the field, leading the first 13 laps on the one-mile oval. Continue reading
