One of the longest Truck Series races in a while ended with a great battle for the win. Matt Crafton held off Joey Coulter in the last laps for his third career Truck win. Crafton’s truck came alive towards the end of the race as he drove to get to the front and stay there. He did just that and it resulted in victory. Like predicted, the race was pure craziness with a lot of carnage. This was the first race for the trucks on Kansas’ new surface and the lack of experience on the surface was showing throughout the race today. Continue reading →

Over the past weekend, several drivers faced the potential of penalties from NASCAR for rule violations. Besides the penalties, fines and suspensions for Sprint Cup Series drivers Brad Keselowski, Joey Logano and their teams, NASCAR also issued penalties and fines to fellow Sprint Cup driver Martin Truex Jr and Camping World Truck Series driver, Ron Hornaday Jr.
