Celebrity chef Lorena Garcia will serve signature dishes at the Oct. 12 Bank of America 500 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Charlotte Motor Speedway. A Venezuelan-born chef, Miami-based restaurateur, TV host and published author, Garcia is one of the country’s leading Latina chefs.
