LAURA BELL BUNDY TO PERFORM JULY 28 AT BRICKFEST MUSIC FESTIVAL
Dynamic talent joins lineup of Big Machine artists July 27-28 at IMS
Big Machine Records artist Laura Bell Bundy has been added to the impressive list of country music stars who will perform during the Brickfest Music Festival on Saturday, July 27 and Sunday, July 28 during the Kroger Super Weekend at the Brickyard at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
The multifaceted entertainer will perform on the IMS infield stage Sunday morning, July 28 at the Brickfest Music Festival and also will sing “America the Beautiful” before the start of the Crown Royal Presents the Samuel Deeds 400 at the Brickyard Powered by BigMachineRecords.com.
The spunky starlet, who began writing songs at age 14, co-penned “Two Step,” her first single on Big Machine Records. The punchy melody and playful lyrics, which are all about independence … “I’m gonna do my two step … watch where you step, you’re two steps behind,” quickly move from mundane to oh my. Bundy, a native of Lexington, Ky., sprung into the national spotlight after garnering prominent roles on Broadway (“Legally Blonde” and “Wicked,” among others) and television shows (“Hart of Dixie” most recently), showcasing her vocal ability, acting skill and animated personality. She also scored a Tony Award nomination and a lead role in CMT’s first original movie, “To The Mat,” for her dynamic talents.

Big Machine artists who will join Bundy in performing during the Kroger Super Weekend at the Brickyard include headliner Justin Moore, who will play Saturday, July 27 on the Pagoda Plaza Stage after the Indiana 250 NASCAR Nationwide Series race with The Cadillac Three opening the show.
Moore also will play a pre-race mini concert Sunday, July 28 on the IMS main straightaway before the 1 p.m. start of the 20th Running of the Crown Royal Presents the Samuel Deeds 400 at the Brickyard Powered by BigMachineRecords.com.
Other stars on the Big Machine Label Group roster will perform Sunday at the Brickfest Music Festival beginning at9 a.m. Season 3 winner of NBC’s hit show, “The Voice,” Cassadee Pope will sing the national anthem during pre-race ceremonies while Bundy, The Cadillac Three and Dustin Lynch will perform pre-race concerts. These performances will take place on the infield stage inside Turn 2, near the IMS Hall of Fame Museum.
All performances are free with admission to the track for each day.

The 20th running of the Crown Royal Presents the Samuel Deeds 400 at the Brickyard Powered by BigMachineRecords.com on Sunday, July 28 will be the climactic event of the second annual Kroger Super Weekend at the Brickyard.
The weekend schedule also features the NASCAR Nationwide Series racing in the Indiana 250 Saturday, July 27 on the IMS oval, and GRAND-AM Road Racing conducting separate races for its Rolex Sports Car Series and Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge on Friday, July 26 on the 13-turn IMS Grand Prix road course.
