The NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour will have double the action this weekend at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. The inaugural, non-points event Whelen All-Star Shootout will take place Friday afternoon before NASCAR Nationwide Series final practice.
Race will feature past champions and previous winners from both the Whelen Modified and South tours, as well as the 2013 Rookie of the Year from both series, with the entry list being capped at 20 cars. Continue reading →

In this short-form feature, FOX & Friends co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck will explore NASCAR spotter Chris Lambert’s inspirational story by showcasing the character and passion that makes him uniquely American. After losing his first wife and child in an automobile accident, Lambert rose from the tragedy to become one of NASCAR’s spotters. A spotter for Sprint Cup racer Denny Hamlin, Lambert acts as a “guardian angel” during each race by making sure all four corners of the racecar remain intact and out of danger. He has spent his entire career looking out for other’s and making sure they get back home safe and sound.
