Hey race fans, catch our NASCAR Weekend Preview – Chase Race Six with host Sharon Burton, Brian Eberly,our Fan4Racing writer. Joining us is Chris Knight from the Catchfence with the latest news from the track.

We’re chatting about all the hottest topics and what fans can expect at the track over the upcoming weekend of racing at Talladega Superspeedway for the sixth race in the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series,as well as the Camping World Truck Series. The XFINITY Series & K&N Pro Series West teams return to action in November.

When possible, we’ll bring  guests from around the NASCAR world to give their perspective too. We’re chatting with ARCA driver, Grant Enfinger with GMS Racing about winning the 2015 ARCA Racing Series Championship.

With a commanding points lead heading into the ARCA Racing Series season finale at Kansas Speedway this past weekend, Grant Enfinger with GMS Racing used the same strategy they used all year –  to finish strong.

Enfinger’s No. 23 team started the Full Throttle S’loonshine 98.9 in a starting position of fifth-place and came home not only with a solid third-place finish but with the 2015 championship title too. Continue reading →

Depending on which side of the fence a fan stands has a lot to do with their perspective of what happens in any competitive event and at Kansas Speedway in the fifth Chase race for the NASCAR Sprint Cup title, that remains the same. Everyone has their opinion of what took place between Joey Logano and Matt Kenseth and emotions are spilling over into debates about who was right or wrong.

The main question in discussion is whether this is just ‘hard racing’ toward a championship title, where title competitors are going all out to gain an advantage against their competition. In reality, the goal of all Chase competitors is to gain an advantage to win the title.  The real question lies in clarifying what is acceptable ‘hard racing’ and what crosses the line to unacceptable?   Continue reading →
