Remember your first NASCAR Race as a kid and that bond you shared with your parents going to races together? Now is a great time to make your own cherished memories as Kids Drive NASCAR continues at Chicagoland Speedway this weekend.

Kids, young and old, are enjoying the first race weekend of the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 400 at the 1.5-mile track in Joliet, IL. There’s a good chance you remember watching and enjoying the cartoon series when you were a kid and like so many other iconic success stories, there’s a lot of joy in introducing your kids to what you found fun as a kid yourself.

What a great way for parents to introduce their kids to racing by attending this weekend’s first Chase race featuring their favorite turtles. Just like you, your kids will cherish memories of their first NASCAR race, becoming lifelong fans and giving both of you a chance to continue having fun together.

Next year NASCAR is giving parents even more chances to take their kids to the track. Beginning in 2017, kids 12-under will be able to attend NASCAR XFINITY Series and NASCAR Camping World Truck Series races for free, making it even more affordable for families to create more memories that will last a lifetime.
