NASCAR Fans Chase Victory as The Chase Grid™ Battle Game

Launches for Second Season

Players Compete to Win Trips, Tickets and Merchandise with New Race-by-Race Scoring

NASCAR® fans, for the second consecutive year, can showcase their race prediction skills with The Chase Grid™ Battle Powered by Bing. Back for the second season, the game allows players to make Round-by-Round picks and compete for prizes throughout the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup™, which kicks-off September 20 at Chicagoland Speedway.

New in 2015, the race-by-race scoring format awards points after each race in the ten races of The Chase™ and for predicting the drivers who will advance through each round, through the championship at Homestead-Miami Speedway on November 22. Picks can also be made with the help of Bing Predicts, which relies on relevant data, to make intelligent recommendations about upcoming events and is fully integrated into the game. Largely considered a success among the competitors, the fourth and last round of the NASCAR XFINITY Series Dash 4 Cash program will be held this Saturday, Sept. 5 at Darlington Raceway in the VFW Sport Clips Help A Hero 200. The four drivers competing for the last $100,000 cash bonus in the Dash 4 Cash finale are Sunoco Rookie of the Year candidate and Joe Gibbs Racing driver Daniel Suarez, Richard Childress Racing teammates Brian Scott and Ty Dillon, and JR Motorsports driver and 2014 series champion Chase Elliott.

Elliott is the defending winner of last season’s race at Darlington and is still looking for his first victory this season. Continue reading

Erik Jones Cruises to Victory in Canada and Takes the Points Lead

Two weeks ago in the NASCAR XFINITY Series race at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, Alex Tagliani got turned out of the lead by Regan Smith and lost his shot at a win. Sunday afternoon in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Chevrolet Silverado 250 at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park, Tagliani passed up his chance as the one doing the turning.

Heading into turn 5B on the last lap, Tagliani says he was in a position to push Erik Jones aside and claim victory for himself. But he didn’t. Instead, Tagliani held back as Jones cruised to his second win of the season and vaulted to the top of the series point standings. Continue reading
