Cash or Pass at Richmond Raceway is for the best and worst picks for the NASCAR Cup Series Federated Auto Parts 400 on Saturday night, September 12th.

Just one race into the NASCAR Cup Series playoffs, and one Cash or Pass’ ‘Cash In’ driver is already correct, with Kevin Harvick taking the win at Darlington after a selection as a ‘good bet’ last wee. Now, the Cup Series heads from the banked oval of South Carolina to the 0.75-mile short track outside of Richmond, Virginia.

Martin Truex Jr. Sweeps at Richmond with Second Straight Playoff Win

After a fast start to the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series playoff stretch, race teams were looking forward to Richmond Raceway as a race to bounce back into contention and further advance themselves in the point standings. Martin Truex Jr, with Joe Gibbs Racing, has the clear advantage in the early goings after securing the first win of the playoffs at Las Vegas. This automatically advances him into the next round and allows him the chance to earn extra points toward the championship title.

Kyle Busch Wins in Richmond for the Second Time this Season

Saturday night the NASCAR Cup Series raced in Richmond for the second race in the playoffs. This is the first time that Richmond Raceway is hosting a playoff race. This race is a bounce-back race for some of the drivers that struggled last week in the playoff opener.
