Hattori Racing Enterprises is an anomaly within NASCAR ranks as they participate in the K&N Pro Series East along with the Gander Outdoors Truck Series, where they won the championship title last year with Brett Moffitt. And that’s because their participation in the sport gives the two series an amazing international exposure that is driven by the man behind the organization. Honor students at the Universal Technical Institute Moorseville campus, the NASCAR Technical Institute are looking to earn another victory for their student-built engines this weekend at the K&N Pro Series East race at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. Two teams, Rev Racing, and Hattori Racing Enterprises will run the student-built Spec Engines in the United Site Services 70 on Saturday night.
