One of the longest Truck Series races in a while ended with a great battle for the win. Matt Crafton held off Joey Coulter in the last laps for his third career Truck win. Crafton’s truck came alive towards the end of the race as he drove to get to the front and stay there. He did just that and it resulted in victory. Like predicted, the race was pure craziness with a lot of carnage. This was the first race for the trucks on Kansas’ new surface and the lack of experience on the surface was showing throughout the race today. Continue reading →

A fast, new and wide surface at the Kansas Speedway will be put to the test as the Camping World Truck Series take to the reconfigured track for the first time, this weekend.

Last October in the Sprint Cup event, we saw action-packed racing during their first time on the reconfigured surface and this Saturday afternoon will be the trucks turn to take to the mile-and-a-half track. The teams’ notebooks will essentially be thrown out the window while they prepare for the race since this surface is a whole new animal. Continue reading →

Impressive Performance Results in a Rockingham Win for Larson

To say Kyle Larson had a good day would be the biggest understatement so far this year. Larson had a phenomenal day where he led over half of the laps in the race and was able to hold off various drivers for the lead throughout the afternoon. He had never raced a lap in a truck at the Rockingham Speedway until this weekend; and by the end of a race, he looked like he had raced at the Rock all of his life. Team Dover, Team Pocono to square off at home of Harrisburg (Pa.) Senators on April 24 in second annual contest

NASCAR veteran Elliott Sadler, as well as NASCAR Camping World Truck Series drivers Joey Coulter and 2012 champion James Buescher, have been added to the growing lineup of players for the Second Annual Celebrity Softball Game between Dover International Speedway and Pocono Raceway.
