The Trucks are back this weekend at Martinsville as they compete in their second race of the season. It has been five weeks since the Trucks competed at Daytona and now, they’re back to get their season going again. When we were in Daytona, Johnny Sauter brought home the trophy after a last lap crash prevented the race from ending under green. That means, Sauter is still on top of the points standings and he will be looking to take home another win this weekend at Martinsville. Continue reading

Every time the Nationwide Series rolls into Daytona, the drivers always put on a show. In the past few seasons, we’ve witnessed some of the greatest races and finishes at Daytona. Come Saturday, the drivers will be ready to battle it out on track in an attempt to get to victory lane in the opening race of the 2013 Nationwide Series season. Cup drivers in the field will look to take home the victory but, the Nationwide Series regulars will look to protect their turf and come home with the victory. Continue reading

Three Bold Predictions for the Truck Series in 2013

With the new Camping World Truck Series Season less than two weeks from starting, everyone is making their final predictions for what they believe will happen in the Truck Series this season. The new additions to the Truck schedule like Eldora and MoSport in Canada make the expected excitement level very high. 2013 could be like last season where our expectation level was way too low and the actual season was epic. But, we won’t make that same mistake this season. We all expect the action to be top-notch in the Truck Series this season. Below, I give some bold predictions for the Truck Series this season. Trucks Yeah! The Camping World Truck Series will be back in action this season with the chance of even more excitement.

2012 was one of the best Truck Series Seasons in years and more of the same is expected in 2013. 2012 champion James Buescher will be back to defend his title but, he’ll need to hold off other drivers who are back in the trucks this season including Ty Dillon and Timothy Peters. The Trucks will roll into Daytona in just under two weeks and the wheels will be up for the 2013 Truck Series season. Continue reading
