Lt. Col. Oliver North to be Honored With Stonewall Jackson Award During Coca-Cola 600 Pre-Race Ceremony

Lt. Col. Oliver North (ret.) will receive the Stonewall Jackson Award during Sunday’s Coca-Cola 600 pre-race festivities. North will also greet soldiers during a special pre-race luncheon at zMAX Dragway and offer a “State of Freedom” address.
