‘Driven’ is a documentary featuring Patrick Staropoli as a University of Miami Medical student racing his way to NASCAR and debuts July 13th via the Sun-Sentinel.
Staropoli was also recently announced as a Marketing intern for Michael Waltrip Racing.

FOX News Channel (FNC) is presenting a special NASCAR related feature on “My America with Elisabeth Hasselbeck,” during FOX & Friends on July 7th and 8th.
In this short-form feature, FOX & Friends co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck will explore NASCAR spotter Chris Lambert’s inspirational story by showcasing the character and passion that makes him uniquely American. After losing his first wife and child in an automobile accident, Lambert rose from the tragedy to become one of NASCAR’s spotters. A spotter for Sprint Cup racer Denny Hamlin, Lambert acts as a “guardian angel” during each race by making sure all four corners of the racecar remain intact and out of danger. He has spent his entire career looking out for other’s and making sure they get back home safe and sound.
Guests for this episode include Kaz Grala, K&N East driver with Turner Scott Motorsports coming off his best finish of the season of fifth at Langley Speedway. This weekend Grala competes at his home track, New Hampshire Motor Speedway with high hopes and expectations.
Also, Whelen All-American driver Toni McCray joins the conversation after winning two events at Irwindale Speedway. McCray is now 18 points away from leading the point standings and intends to compete hard in the next Twins features at Irwindale on July 19th.
In the first half-hour, Patrick Staropoli joins us to talk about ‘Driven’ a new documentary about his racing career, Harvard degree and Medical studies. He’ll also talk about his new role at Michael Waltrip Racing as a Marketing Intern.
