For the third straight ARCA race this season, Grant Enfinger found himself in victory lane once again. The Alabama driver took advantage of leader Ken Schrader’s flat tire coming to white flag and picked up his third win in as many races in 2014.

Enfinger showed muscle early, leading the first 104 laps, picking up where he left off at Mobile back in March. Mason Mitchell assumed the race lead on lap 105, until the veteran Schrader found himself out in front. Enfinger dropped as low as fourth in the race, but worked his way back to second to battle with Schrader.

It was nothing new as the two drivers battled it out at Toledo Speedway last May.  Enfinger was running second and keeping pace with the veteran until the tire went down on his No. 90 Ford with 11 laps to go in the race.

This time around, Schrader was in the lead once again and showing he had the best car. The No. 52 made contact with the No. 99 of Kyle Weatherman, damaging the right-front corner on Schrader’s car.Instead of pitting to fix it, Schrader stayed out until the tire finally went with two laps to go.

Enfinger held off Spencer Gallagher for his third straight win on the young season, becoming only the second driver ever to win three straight ARCA races to start the season.  The other driver to do it was Ramo Stott in 1970.
