Two of the biggest names in the NHRA include Brittany and Ashley Force and now with the Traxxas Nitro Shootout, they need the support of their fans. They want their Monster Energy Top Fuel team and their Traxxas Chevrolet Camaro SS Funny Car team to secure the last spots in the field for the Top Fuel and Funny Car division.  Both drivers are successful, but they are not one of the first seven pro drivers to find nitro victories this season.

Fans may have noticed their social media campaigns as they are working hard to garner the highest percentage of fan votes through the NHRA’s site to give their Top Fuel and Funny Car teams their best chance at winning in the lottery on Wednesday before the Chevrolet Performance US Nationals at Indianapolis in September – the season finale.

So why should fans vote for Brittany and Ashley Force?

Well, time is of the essence, because voting ends at noon ET on Tuesday, September 1st.

Brittany Force has two runner-up finishes including a close last round in Brainerd at the Lucas Oil NHRA Nationals and three more semi-final finishes this season. Now sitting seventh in the point standings, she has competed in the Traxxas Nitro Shootout the last two seasons on the strength of her fan support.

Courtney Force has a runner-up finish at the Summit Racing Equipment Nationals and two more semi-final finishes as well as two first-place qualifying efforts to her credit. She is now in a tight battle for the Countdown Top-Ten position and is at the top of her game at the finale at Indianapolis. Force is also the winningest female Funny Car driver in history with seven Funny Car career victories.
