Nicholas Sanchez Ready for NASCAR K&N Pro Series East Debut

Making his NASCAR K&N Pro Series East debut Saturday at South Boston Speedway, Nicholas Sanchez is competing in the Twin 100s for Rev Racing. A native of Miami, Florida, Sanchez is a third-year member of the NASCAR Drive for Diversity Development Class. Currently, he is in his second year running full-time in the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series.

Sanchez is also part of Rev Racing’s Youth Development program in 2017 and 2018, driving a Legend car in the Bojangles’ Summer Shootout at Charlotte Motor Speedway. In his 2018 Legend car season with Rev Racing, Sanchez earned five podium finishes, six top-fives and one win in the Pro Series Class.

“I am extremely excited to make my first K&N East Series start at the upcoming South Boston Twin 100s,” said Sanchez. “I have had a good season so far in my Late Model and I feel really prepared to take on this next opportunity in the East Series with Rev Racing.”

In six starts with Rev Racing during the 2019 Late Model season, Sanchez has earned six top-fives and six top-tens along with one pole. He most recently earned a second place finish at Langley Speedway this past weekend in the second of the Twin 70s. Sanchez will continue to run a full Late Model season with Rev Racing this year.

Joining his Rev Racing teammates Chase Cabre and Ruben Garcia Jr this Saturday at South Boston Speedway, Sanchez is piloting the No. 2 Max Siegel Inc Toyota. The WhosYourDriver.org Twin 100s start at 7 pm ET this Saturday, May 4th and fans can watch the live streaming of the race on fanschoice.tv.
