We’re previewing the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup, Xfinity, and Gander Outdoors Truck Series at Dover International Speedway along with the K&N Pro Series East Twin 100s at South Boston Speedway and the ARCA Menards Series at Fairgrounds Speedway in Nashville. We’ll also give a few updates from the K&N Pro Series West, and more.

NASCAR Announces Format Changes to Qualifying

NASCAR Issues Penalty to No. 3 RCR Team after Talladega

The deck lid of the No. 3 Richard Childress Racing Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series entry was confiscated by officials at Talladega Superspeedway when it was found out of compliance with the NASCAR Rule Book before the qualifying session. Although Austin Dillon and his team rallied to earn the pole during qualifying at Talladega, on Wednesday, after NASCAR’s inspection process at the R&D Center this week, NASCAR announced penalties for the RCR team.
