SPEEDWAY, Ind. – William Byron was a visible mixture of raw excitement and tempered enthusiasm Saturday morning before the opening round of practice for Sunday’s NASCAR Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series regular-season finale at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
