This episode centers around Circuit of the Americas (COTA) for the NASCAR Cup, Xfinity, and Truck Series along with the ARCA Menards Series at Toledo Speedway for the first Sioux Chief Showdown event. We’ll also offer a few updates from the ARCA East and West as time permits.

For the first time, Circuit of the Americas hosted a NASCAR Cup Series Event. A new circuit for teams to challenge themselves to understand. With this being a new test on the season, teams were granted practice and qualifying as preparation for Sunday’s race. Despite all of this, Sunday afternoon proved to be difficult for many.

Kyle Busch conquers COTA for 98th NASCAR Xfinity Series Victory in the Pit Boss 250 in Austin, Texas on Saturday evening.

Essentially going to school Saturday afternoon in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, Kyle Busch learned the Circuit of the Americas road course in preparation for Sunday’s NASCAR Cup Series race there. The result, however, was that Busch absolutely schooled the field – earning an 11-second victory in the Pit Boss 250, NASCAR’s Xfinity Series debut on the famed Austin circuit.
