Roush Fenway Racing, Greg Biffle Part Ways

Roush Fenway Racing and driver Greg Biffle have parted ways after the conclusion of the 2016 NASCAR season. Biffle, the organization’s longest-tenured driver, drove the No. 16 Sprint Cup Series entry since 2002. He joined Roush Fenway in 1998, and worked his way up through the NASCAR ranks, winning championships in the Truck and XFINITY Series’ and finishing runner up in the Sprint Cup Series. Northern California Native to Share the No. 42 Chevrolet Camaro with Kyle Larson

Chip Ganassi Racing (CGR) announced today that Tyler Reddick, a current driver and a three-time winner in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS), will pilot the No. 42 Chevrolet Camaro in multiple NASCAR XFINITY Series races in 2017. Reddick, 20, will share the No. 42 Chevrolet with 2014 NASCAR Sprint Series Rookie of the Year and 2016 member of the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup, Kyle Larson. Zane Smith Joins Venturini Motorsports for 2017 Season

Pairs with Noah Gragson for Full Season Effort with 55-Toyota Team

Announced Friday, seventeen year-old Zane Smith has signed on with Venturini Motorsports (VMS) to pilot the No.55 Toyota Camry during the 2017 ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards season.

Smith, a native of Huntington Beach, California, will appear in 18 of 20 scheduled series events starting at the second race of the season in Nashville. Due to ARCA age restrictions, Smith will not participate at Daytona Int’l Speedway or Talladega Superspeedway as both tracks require drivers to meet the minimum age of 18. Continue reading

Drivers Announced for Obaika Racing In NASCAR XFINITY Series Race at Phoenix

Drivers Josh Bilicki and Ryan Ellis will take the wheel of the No. 97 and No. 77 Vroom Brands Chevrolets in the NASCAR XFINITY Series Ticket Galaxy 200 this Saturday, Nov. 12, at Phoenix International Raceway at 7:30 pm ET.

Saturday’s race will be Bilicki’s second time driving for the Obaika Racing team. He debuted in the NASCAR XFINITY Series in the No. 77 Vroom Brands Chevrolet at Road America, giving Obaika Racing its best qualifying result. The race this weekend will mark Bilicki’s rookie appearance at Phoenix International Speedway. Continue reading
