Columbus Motor Speedway on Saturday night saw a still hungry Dalton Sargeant left out of victory lane, although he was still able to collect a top-ten en route of his title goal. Sergio Pena returns to K&N East Victory Lane at Columbus

Sergio Pena found a familiar place after Saturday’s JEGS 150 at Columbus Motor Speedway.  It was victory lane for the first time in three years.

Pena took the lead after a lap 119 restart from Turner Scott Motorsports (TSM) driver Cameron Hayley and remained out front the rest of the night.

This is Rev Racing’s third win on the season and Pena’s first since Greenville-Pickens Speedway in September 2011. Continue reading →

Rev Racing Driver Earns His First K&N East Victory

Daniel Suárez is ready to declare Columbus Motor Speedway as his home track.

The 21-year-old from Monterrey, Mexico doesn’t have an official home track in the United States, but the .333-mile in Ohio certainly is an adopted one as Suárez picked up his first career NASCAR K&N Pro Series East victory in the NAPA 150 last Saturday night. His previous two starts at the track resulted in fifth-place finishes. Continue reading →
