Denny Hamlin’s Biggest Challenge Centers on his Choices

Last season, there were signs that perhaps, Denny Hamlin was getting his priorities straight and that he was laying a solid foundation to challenge for the Sprint Cup championship in the 2013 season.

Kahne Captures Bristol Win

Just one week after Kasey Kahne was unable to pass Matt Kenseth for the win at Las Vegas and after a dominant day, Kahne pulled into victory lane at Bristol. Kahne didn’t have any challengers late in the race and that allowed him to cruise through the final fifty laps and take the win. Hendrick Motorsports has got the Gen 6 car figured out and that has given them a huge leg-up so far this season. The history, short track racing and hot tempers make Bristol one of the most special places in the entire NASCAR world. Fans will come in from all over the world to see the cars race around the high banks of the World’s Fastest Half-Mile.

Names are made on this short track in Bristol, Tennessee and every year, a new face is running up front. As the Sprint Cup Series rolls into Bristol for another race in the 2013 season, excitement is assumed to show up simply because it’s Bristol Baby!
