We’ll talk about some Short Track news and upcoming races. We’ll also preview the ARCA Menards and Sioux Chief Showdown Series at Elko Speedway along with a brief review from Berlin Raceway and some updates from the ARCA East and West Series. 

Then, we preview the NASCAR Truck and Xfinity Series races at Nashville Superspeedway. We’ll also offer a brief review of the Truck race at Knoxville Raceway. 

Next, we have some pre-race audio from the NASCAR Cup Series entry, Todd Gilliland, driver of the No. 38 Boot Barn Ford Mustang for Front Row Motorsports. Afterward, we preview the NASCAR Cup Series at Nashville.

Zane Smith dominates at Kansas for his third NASCAR Truck Series win of 2022 in the Heart of America 200 on Saturday night.

KANSAS CITY, Kan. – Leading 108 of 134 laps, Zane Smith dominated Saturday night’s Heart of America 200 and staved off a late charge from Ty Majeski at Kansas Speedway to record his NASCAR Camping World Series-leading third victory of the season.

Zane Smith Takes his Second NASCAR Truck Series Win at COTA

Zane Smith takes his second NASCAR Truck Series win at COTA for Front Row Motorsports in the XPEL 225 on Saturday afternoon.

AUSTIN, Texas – Ultimately, Zane Smith was out front when it paid off Saturday afternoon at the Circuit of The Americas road course. He led only 11 of the 46 laps  – winning Stage 1, Stage 2 and then took the race lead with two laps remaining in the second overtime period to earn the victory in the XPEL 225 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race.

Todd Gilliland was so fast and so determined out front in Saturday’s Toyota Tundra 225 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race his own team had to remind him to slow down and take care of his tires in the closing laps of the series debut at the Circuit of the Americas (COTA) race.

The post-Daytona 500 power ranking is the result of a wild and crazy NASCAR Cup Series season opener at Daytona International Speedway with all the highs and lows of victory and defeat.

The post-Daytona 500 power ranking is the result of a wild and crazy NASCAR Cup Series season opener at Daytona International Speedway with all the highs and lows of victory and defeat.

In a race as crazy as the 2021 Daytona 500, it seems only fitting a driver such as Michael McDowell should come out on top.  

Following an early wreck that claimed contenders such as Aric Almirola, Alex Bowman, Martin Truex Jr., Matt DiBenedetto, and William Byron, the race went into a rain delay that lasted over five hours. The early wreck brought about a lengthy run of single-file racing, with the remaining drivers just trying to maintain position and conserve their cars.
