The K&N Pro Series East makes its 12th visit to Greenville Pickens Speedway and last week’s pole-sitter, Ben Rhodes says his strategy this week will differ from last year’s event at the same track.

“I think adding the break and giving us four tires will make a huge difference over what we saw last September,” said Rhodes.

After drivers opted for a tire-saving strategy in the last race at Greenville, NASCAR made changes adding a half-way break and allowing teams four more tires for the event. Continue reading

Last Thursday at Phoenix International Raceway, Brennan Newberry made his third start of the 2014 season after racing in two K&N Pro Series East events during Speedweeks. The K&N Pro Series West season opener, the Talking Stick Resort 75, is the first of 14 races on their schedule this year. Newberry plans to return for their next race at Phoenix on November 6, 2014.
