The Irish Hills will be the host of this weekend’s Nationwide Series race, the Alliance Truck Parts 250. Michigan has turned into a bad fast track after the repave of track before last season. Drivers will be testing the limits of this two-mile track and it will surely be a fight all afternoon long. It may have taken awhile, but the race ended in triumph for Trevor Bayne. After two rain-delays, the Nationwide Series Race at Iowa Speedway finally ran in its entirety on Sunday morning and afternoon. It looked like Austin Dillon was going to run away with the race, but a late race battle sent Bayne to the top spot and Dillon had to settle for second. The race had a decent amount of action and ended with a familiar car doing a burn-out on the frontstretch – the no. 6 car. Continue reading
