A Different Perspective on Three Wins in a Row

One year ago, Chase Briscoe made his ARCA Racing Series debut for Cunningham Motorsports at Lucas Oil Raceway (LOR), running for a third team for the organization.  In that race, Briscoe earned his first top-ten finish of tenth.  363 days later, he dominated the last 130 laps of the 200 lap Sioux Chief PowerPEX 200 at the track….taking his third consecutive checkered flag. The latest move of NASCAR’s Nationwide Series Silly Season comes as an announcement from Joe Gibbs Racing indicating Sam Hornish Jr is sharing seat time in the No. 54 with Kyle Busch in the Nationwide Series for the 2014 season. Continue reading

Saturday afternoon at Phoenix, Kyle Busch demonstrated why he has visited victory lane 12 times in the Nationwide Series – Domination. Busch had little competition throughout the afternoon allowing him to abolish the rest of the field en route to victory. Busch also closed in on Penske Racing’s No.22 team in the owners point standings with one race remaining for the season. Continue reading
