In a week that started with Justin Haley’s remarkable upset win at Daytona on Sunday, 18-year-old, Tyler Ankrum added another on Thursday night at Kentucky Speedway—and simultaneously threw a wrench into the NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series Playoff standings.

KANSAS CITY, Kan. – Elation and heartbreak were barely more than a lap apart when Ross Chastain took the checkered flag to win Friday night’s Digital Ally 250 NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series race at Kansas Speedway.

FORT WORTH, Texas — Kyle Busch continued his winning ways out west.
Busch held off Stewart Friesen by 1.269-seconds for his fourth-consecutive NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series victory of the season and his fourth-career win at Texas Motor Speedway.

MARTINSVILLE, Va. – A week after locking up his 200th NASCAR national series victory at Auto Club Speedway in Fontana, Calif., Kyle Busch took the first step toward the next century mark.
The NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series has one more week of their break before their next race at Martinsville Speedway on Saturday, March 23rd at 2 pm ET on FOX. In the meantime here’s another edition of News and Notes for the series.
