Dexter Stacey – Moving Foward in the Nationwide Series

At the age of 16, Dexter Stacey was the youngest driver to drive in NASCAR‘s Canadian division of racing, the Canadian Tire Series. Dexter was a runner-up for rookie of the year in his first full season, and last year competed to finish in the top-ten at the end of the season!

Some of Stacey’s career highlights include the following:

Go-Karting – 4 years

Dirt Modified  – 4 years

Ice Racing – 5 years

Finished 2nd overall 2009 Rookie of the Year NASCAR Candian Tire Series

Also, in 2009 Finished 14th overall in NASCAR Canadian Tire Series

In 2010 Finished 10th in NASCAR Canadian Tire Series

Now at the age of 20, Dexter Stacey, is driving the #92  Maddie’s Place Ford Mustang in NASCAR’s Nationwide Series. At Road of America this past weekend, Stacey started in 40th position and finished 25th, and was one of the few drivers progressively moving forward on the fan-favorite and challenging road course in Wisconsin.
