Tyler Reddick Gambles on Fuel to Win at Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS – Tyler Reddick and his Richard Childress Racing Team gambled and hit the jackpot at Las Vegas Motor Speedway Saturday evening – taking a chance on fuel mileage; racing just hard enough and simultaneously saving just enough fuel to hold off Christopher Bell by 0.738-seconds in the NASCAR Xfinity Series Rhino Pro Truck Outfitters 300.

Ty Gibbs (No. 18 Monster Energy/ORCA Coolers/Terrible Herbst/Advance Auto Parts Toyota) scored a dominant victory in Saturday night’s ARCA Menards Series Kentuckiana Ford Dealers Fall Classic 200 at Salem Speedway. Gibbs thoroughly dominated the entire day as he led the day’s practice session, set the fast time in General Tire Pole Qualifying, and led every green flag lap to score his second career series victory.

Husmann’s Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series Playoff Projections

Although everyone knows that anything can, and likely will, happen at any given race, reasonable predictions can be made based off of past performance and statistics as well as current team performance and momentum. These factors combined with what top analysts like Larry McReynolds, Jamie McMurray, and Andy Petree are projecting, I’ve come up with which drivers I’m expecting to be eliminated in each round of the playoffs in the Monster Energy NASCAR playoffs en-route to crowning the 2019 Champion.
