Joe Gibbs Racing’s Brandon Jones became the latest winner in the NASCAR Xfinity Series with his victory last weekend at Kansas, and the second first-time winner of the season joining Austin Cindric (Watkins Glen & Mid-Ohio). If you don’t know, new winners are the norm in the NASCAR Xfinity Series.

The ARCA Kansas 150 was a microcosm of the entire season for Christian Eckes. The Middletown, New York native was fast in practice, but engine issues necessitated a change following qualifying. That sent Eckes to the rear of the field for the start, but he quickly knifed his way through the field to the top five.

KANSAS CITY, Kan. – Brad Keselowski thought his Playoff run would continue when he came to pit road for fresh tires before the first of two overtimes in Sunday’s Hollywood Casino 400 at Kansas Speedway.

Thanks to a brilliant pit call by crew chief Todd Gordon—staying out on old tires in the first stage of Sunday’s Hollywood Casino 400 at Kansas Speedway, Joey Logano won the first stage of the race and collected ten points for his effort.
