Clint Bowyer’s Retirement is Set after 2020 Season Ends

Clint Bowyer’s retirement is set for the close of the 2020 NASCAR season as he moves to the FOX Sports broadcast booth in 2021.

With only five races remaining for the NASCAR Cup Series in 2020, veteran Clint Bowyer has officially announced his retirement at seasons’ end. It’s the end of an era for Bowyer, who is moving to the broadcast booth fulltime for FOX Sports beginning in 2021.

Rumor: Bubba Wallace to Chip Ganassi Racing

A surprising turn in the 2021 silly season, is the recent rumor of Bubba Wallace possibly taking Chip Ganassi Racing’s No. 42 Chevy, in the 2021 NASCAR Cup Series season. While many peg Ross Chastain for the seat, Bubba Wallace could certainly bring a lot to that team.

A Bristol All-Star Race in 2020 is another COVID-19 sign of the times in the NASCAR Cup Series. The All-Star venue changes from the traditional Charlotte Motor Speedway to Bristol Motor Speedway in Tennessee.

NASCAR’s return to Nashville Superspeedway is exciting news for a city that welcomed with open arms as the site of the 2019 NASCAR Cup Series banquet last fall. The change of pace from Las Vegas to Nashville proved to be a home run for the sport.
