It all comes down to Saturday night at Richmond International Raceway. It will be the drivers’ last chance to put themselves in the Chase. In past years, Richmond has produced surprises, upsets, and much more. This year has already produced tons of shocking moments and more on race day adds to the drama of the season. Thunderous Finish Leaves Busch Victorious at Bristol
The reasons why fans adore the Bristol Motor Speedway were on display during the truck race Wednesday night. Classic Bristol showed up to put on quite a wild show. Action was evident throughout the race and a photo finish was the perfect end to the night. Kyle Busch edged out Timothy Peters in an ending that would fit the term “checkers or wreckers” perfectly. James Buescher Grabs Lead Late to Win at Michigan
A late race turn of events led James Buescher to victory lane Saturday afternoon at Michigan. With four laps to go, Kyle Busch had the lead, but when he slipped up the track, Buescher cruised through to the lead. Pure Michigan 400 Preview
Michigan has been known to play naughty and nice. In June, Hendrick Motorsports was on the track’s good side until disaster started to strike toward the end of the race. They went from dominating to having a day to forget in a matter of laps. That was an example of how this two-miler can come out and bite. Who’ll be the victim of Michigan’s destruction this weekend?
