Continuing to experience concussion-like symptoms, veteran NASCAR Camping World Truck Series driver John Wes Townley will sit out Wednesday’s Aspen Dental Eldora Dirt Derby at Eldora Speedway.

There are three segments of 40 – 50 – 60 laps for a total of 150 laps covering 75 miles of this fan favorite event.
