Logano Fends Off Keselowski for Bristol Victory

As the Chase for the Sprint Cup nears, drivers are stepping up their game. Joey Logano ran exceptionally well and took a commanding victory Saturday night in the Irwin Tools Night Race at Bristol Motor Speedway. His championship-caliber performance provides the No. 22 Shell/Pennzoil Ford Fusion team with the confidence needed to make a run at the title.

Austin Dillon wins the Pocono Mountains 150 his first series win since Eldora in 2013 and breaks Toyota’s 12-race win streak

Finally Toyota’s 12-race dominance in the Camping World Truck Series has come to an end at Pocono Raceway with Austin Dillon bringing home a victory in his No. 3 Richard Childress Racing Chevrolet.

Sprint Cup Series Quaker State 400 at Kentucky Preview

The Race to the Chase for the Sprint Cup countdown begins at Kentucky Speedway on Saturday night, as the first of ten races left in the series’ regular season.

Six seats are still available and a win is a virtual lock into the Sweet 16 Chase Grid. With ten winning drivers already on the grid and five of them with multiple victories, there is speculation about whether any new winners will emerge over the next ten races, making points critical for those drivers without a win.

Edwards Notches First Road Course Victory at Sonoma

A well-timed caution helped get Carl Edwards to the front of the field, and the driver of the No. 99 Roush Fenway Ford did the rest.

Edwards passed Marcos Ambrose for the lead moments after a restart on lap 86 and later held off a charging Jeff Gordon to win Sunday’s Toyota/Save Mart 350 at Sonoma Raceway.  Continue reading
