Rookie Nick Drake, 18, won the K&N West season finale at Phoenix from the pole and held off Gray Gaulding and Cole Custer. A green-white-checkered finish extended the race to 103 laps. Jesse Little and Dylan Lupton rounded out the top five. Continue reading

The NASCAR K&N Pro Series West will make its second visit to Kern County Raceway Park on Saturday, August 30th for the Bakersfield 150 presented by GPS. Points leader Greg Pursley won the spring race from the pole and returns to the track with a 25-point advantage over second-place NASCAR Next driver Dylan Lupton. Pursley also won the inaugural event at Kern County last year.

Jesse Little found himself in third on the last lap behind leader Nick Drake and second-place Brandon Jones.
