Fresh off the heels of his top-ten finish in the 2016 NASCAR K&N Pro Series East season opener, Rette Jones Racing is now forming a second part-time team driven by third-generation driver Jesse Little.

“I’m really looking forward to this opportunity with Rette Jones Racing,” said Little, who plans to compete in six to eight races overall this season. “In the past year, Mark (Rette, co-owner) and Terry (Jones, co-owner) have built a successful program that has shown speed on the race track and the capabilities of winning. Being a part of the team, I look forward to doubling our chances in the races I compete in.”

Last week, Venturini Motorsports announced Dalton Sargeant is joining them for the 2016 season in the No. 55 Toyota Camry for a multi-race deal in the ARCA Racing Series. On Thursday, Sargeant, a Boca Raton, Florida native, announced with Venturini Motorsports on Toyota’s Pit Pass stage during Daytona Speedweeks, unveiling his No. 55 Toyota Camry.

The 17-year old, high school senior is competing in 15 of the 19 remaining events beginning at Salem Speedway on April 24. Sargeant is also driving his Toyota at Talladega, Toledo, New Jersey Motorsports Park, both Pocono dates, Michigan, Winchester, Iowa, Lucas Oil Raceway, Berlin, Salem, Chicago, Kentucky and the ARCA Series finale at Kansas. Free Admission To NASCAR Hall of Fame For All Fans On Jan. 23

For the third consecutive year, the NASCAR Hall of Fame will open its doors for FREE for NASCAR Fan Appreciation Day.

On Saturday, Jan. 23, fans will have free access to the Hall for a full day of activities, including autographs and Q&A sessions with current drivers and NASCAR Hall of Famers. Fans will be admitted into the Hall on a first-come, first-served basis in lieu of needing a ticket. Continue reading
