As a matter of fact, it was so unkind that it left the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series’ reigning most popular driver in a probable must-win situation in Sunday’s Hollywood Casino 400 at Kansas Speedway (2:30 p.m. ET on NBC, MRN, and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio).

Milestone Weekend for Spencer Boyd and Young Motorsports at Talladega

Since 2012 Young’s Motorsports has logged 222 NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series starts from 25 drivers, resulting in solid performances that include an average starting position of 19.7 and an average finishing position of 19.0 along with five top-five finishes, 23 top-ten finishes, and one win. That win came this past weekend at Talladega Superspeedway with Spencer Boyd in the No. 20 truck.

Drama-Packed Day for Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs Drivers at Talladega
