Crafton Cruises to Second Consecutive Win

Matt Crafton led a race-high 47 laps in last Saturday’s North Carolina Education Lottery 200 to cruise to his second consecutive NASCAR Camping World Truck Series victory.

The ThorSport Racing driver, who leads the points standings, is the first driver on the circuit to log multiple victories this season. He has totaled at least two wins in his last three campaigns. Continue reading

Unprecedented Industry Collaboration Triggers NASCAR’s Earliest Schedule Release

NASCAR today announced the 2017 schedules for its three national series, giving fans and stakeholders a significant head start in planning for next season’s thrilling slate.

A credit to unprecedented industry collaboration, specifically the five-year sanctioning agreement between NASCAR and its tracks, the sanctioning body finalized its 2017 schedules months ahead of previous years’ release.

The result: Three unique schedules featuring race tracks that have hosted record-setting races already this season, with the majority of the slate still remaining. Continue reading

Kyle Busch Sweeps Second Straight NASCAR Weekend with Sprint Cup Win at Texas

Opportunistic Kyle Busch sped away from the rest of the field after a restart with 33 laps left in Saturday night’s Duck Commander 500 at Texas Motor Speedway and collected his second straight NASCAR Sprint Cup Series victory.

What’s more, Busch won his fourth straight NASCAR national series race, having swept last week’s NASCAR Camping World Truck Series and Sprint Cup events at Martinsville and having won Friday night’s NASCAR XFINITY Series race at Texas. Continue reading
