Continue readingThe deck lid of the No. 3 Richard Childress Racing Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series entry was confiscated by officials at Talladega Superspeedway when it was found out of compliance with the NASCAR Rule Book before the qualifying session. Although Austin Dillon and his team rallied to earn the pole during qualifying at Talladega, on Wednesday, after NASCAR’s inspection process at the R&D Center this week, NASCAR announced penalties for the RCR team.
