Adam Petty left the Earth too soon at 19 years old, but his memory will live forever.

Kyle and Pattie Petty welcomed their son, Adam, into the world on July 10, 1980. Racing was in his genes, as great-grandfather Lee and grand-father Richard made their mark on the Cup circuit. Early in the going, it looked like Grant Enfinger picked up where he left off last week from Salem. The No. 90 car led the first 35 laps after starting from the pole.

So far in the 2014 ARCA season, it has been the same old song and dance for Grant Enfinger. The Alabama driver has won the first three races to start the season, becoming only the second driver to so do since Ramo Stott in 1970.

Enfinger showed speed in last year’s Talladega race, before getting caught up in an accident. The No. 90 car is the one to beat again this weekend at Talladega. He will have some challengers hot on his tail.
