Chase Elliott Finally Scores his First Cup Series Win

Watkins Glen is the second road course on the circuit and it never disappoints. This track requires racers to be solid on breaks and have smooth transitions into the throttle when winding through this tricky track. This will be the last road course that gets raced on before the playoffs begin. Many drivers are pushing to make the playoffs and this is a course to see a new victor. Continue reading →

Mason Mitchell Motorsports to Cease Operations, Effective Immediately

2014 ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards championship team Mason Mitchell Motorsports (MMM) will cease operations effective immediately. The team captured the drivers and owners championship with the series in their first season of competition during the 2014 season. Enabling the ‘Risk versus Reward’ Mentality is Ruining the Future of NASCAR

COMMENTARY

NASCAR’s integrity is once again in question and as so, at risk of losing more fans by failing to effectively address the ‘risk versus reward’ mentality that is permeating the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series. This season is evidence with on-going penalties for teams taking the risk of bringing an illegal car to the track in hopes of tricking the inspection process to gain an illegal reward and advantage over their competitors.
