The NASCAR K&N Pro Series East will head to Watkins Glen International Friday for the Bully Hills Vineyard 125, led by championship points leader Ben Rhodes. There are a number of road-course ringers in the field, most notably, two-time NASCAR Canadian Tire Series champion Andrew Ranger and two-time NASCAR Whelen Euro Series champion Ander Vilarino. Ranger has 19 Canadian Tire wins with 16 on road courses. He’s also won three times in the K&N Pro Series – all on road courses. Vilarino, joined by 2013 championship runner-up Frederic Gabillon at The Glen, has 16 Whelen Euro wins – 15 on road courses. Duno signs limited NASCAR Nationwide Series schedule with RAB Racing
RAB has signed Milka Duno to compete in select races in the 2014 Nationwide Series, making her the first Hispanic female driver in history compete in a NASCAR national series in the United States.
Duno has competed in multiple racing series, earning eight major wins in the highest classes including, (Prototype) in the American Le Mans Series and the Grand American Rolex Series and the highest finish ever by a female driver – 2nd place – in the 24 Hours at Daytona – in the now 52-year history of the race.
