Since Michael Waltrip Racing announced they were closing their doors back in August, we knew a lot of crew members and other employees would be out of work once the season ended. The organization allowed drivers Clint Bowyer and David Ragan to find rides elsewhere even during the season. So far, Bowyer has signed a one-year deal with HScott Motorsports in 2016 while being the replacement driver in waiting for Tony Stewart in 2017. As of now, Ragan is still looking for a new ride. NASCAR Sprint Cup Series,driver, Justin Allgaier knows about that because he grew up in the heart of Illinois near the state capital.

So when the Sprint Cup Series comes to Chicagoland Speedway, it’s a track that Allgaier enjoys, not only as his home track where family and friends can attend, but also as the home of his sponsor Brandt Agriculture, based in Springfield, Illinois, not far from Allgaier’s home town of Riverton, Illinois. Making his fifth start in the NASCAR Xfinity Series at Richmond International Raceway, Brennan Poole marks his fourth top-15 finish in the No. 42 HScott Motorsports with Chip Ganassi entry to go along with his one top-ten finish of ninth at Las Vegas.
