NASCAR, NBC Sports, and iRacing officially announced on Tuesday a special two-hour edition ofĀ NASCAR America, which will broadcast the 2019 eNASCAR PEAK Antifreeze iRacing Series™ championship from the virtual Homestead-Miami Speedway live on October 10 at 5 p.m. ET. The first-ever eNASCARĀ® championship telecast will showcase the crowning of a first-time series champion and determine who will take home the largest share of the $100,000 prize pool.

Dale Earnhardt Jr Joins Sprint Cup NBC Sports Broadcast Booth for Talladega and Martinsville

Ā NBC Sports announced WednesdayĀ on NASCAR AmericaĀ that Dale Earnhardt Jr., driver of Hendrick Motorsportsā€™ No. 88 Chevrolet, will join the NBC Sports broadcast booth for portions of two upcoming Sprint Cup broadcasts. Earnhardt, who has not raced since July as he recovers from a concussion, will lend his expertise as an analyst during NBCSNā€™s coverage this Sunday from Talladega Superspeedway, as well as the following Sunday from Martinsville Speedway.

Inside the NBCSN broadcast booth, Earnhardt will reunite with his former crew chief Steve Letarte, and work alongside race announcer Rick Allen and fellow analyst Jeff Burton. Sunday marks Earnhardtā€™s first ever NASCAR Sprint Cup broadcasting assignment. Continue reading →
