Michael Lira is a 25-year-old young man with a passion for racing since a very young age. He grew up watching his Dad race and knew right away that racing would be a big part of his future. Lira started racing Quarter Midgets at just 9 years of age, and enjoys racing go-carts on dirt, a more technical sport than racing on asphalt.

Michael Lira’s main goal is to achieve success in racing and he’s accomplished several milestones along his racing journey.

During Lira’s first season in the FASCAR PRO-TRUCKS division in 2011, he claimed the title of “Rookie of the Year.” Continue reading

Erik Jones, Striving to be the Best

While most teenage boys are sitting at home playing video games Erik Jones is on the racetrack propelling himself to championship after championship. His determination and passion for the sport has led him to winning the JEGS/CRA All-Star Tour and the Governors Cup 200 by the age of 15, then winning the biggest late model race in the country – The 45th Annual Snowball Derby at only 16 years of age. His charm and playful sense of humor has made him a favorite every weekend by not only fans but his competitors. Continue reading
