NASCAR Cup Series rookie Cole Custer pulled off a daring four-wide pass for the lead on the final lap to earn the victory in Sunday’s Quaker State 400 at Kentucky Speedway – the first rookie to win in NASCAR’s premier series in four years.

In an action-filled afternoon of NASCAR Cup Series racing in Sunday’s Big Machine Hand Sanitizer 400 Powered by Big Machine Records, Kevin Harvick held off the field in an overtime sprint to the finish line to earn his fourth victory of the season, and his second consecutive and third overall win at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

In the days and months leading up to Saturday’s inaugural Pennzoil 150 at the Brickyard NASCAR Xfinity Series race on Indianapolis Motor Speedway’s road course, Indiana’s own, Chase Briscoe left no doubt how important a victory would be to him.

Harvick and Hamlin Win Pocono Doubleheader in the NASCAR Cup Series Pocono Organics 325 and the Pocono 350 at Pocono Raceway on June 27, 28, 2020.
NASCAR told fans in 2019 that Pocono Raceway would play host for a doubleheader weekend of NASCAR Cup Series racing in 2020. On Saturday and Sunday, they ran two races on the “Tricky Triangle” at the 2.5-mile track. Pocono Raceway is the only track on the schedule with just three corners. Each corner is very different, making it tough for teams to find the right balance in their cars.
