Rev Racing Driver Earns His First K&N East Victory

Daniel Suárez is ready to declare Columbus Motor Speedway as his home track.

The 21-year-old from Monterrey, Mexico doesn’t have an official home track in the United States, but the .333-mile in Ohio certainly is an adopted one as Suárez picked up his first career NASCAR K&N Pro Series East victory in the NAPA 150 last Saturday night. His previous two starts at the track resulted in fifth-place finishes. Continue reading

Custer becomes youngest winner in NASCAR‘s K&N Pro Series History

Cole Custer didn’t just break records Friday night, he shattered them.

The Ladera Ranch, Calif., driver became the youngest winner in NASCAR K&N Pro Series history with his wire-to-wire win in the Pork Be Inspired 150 at Iowa Speedway. He became the first driver to lead every lap in the combination race between the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East and West. Continue reading

‘Hot Rod’ Bob Beck, the Voice of Racing Since 1974

Bob Beck entered the auto industry as did many young men, by working in gas stations when in high school.

In college, Bob major was in Speech and Broadcasting, earning his degree and an Occupational certificate in radio and TV broadcasting. He also attended Columbia School of Broadcasting and was regularly heard on the Kaleidoscope network with his auto show G.A.A.S.(Great American Auto Show) and local cable TV in Bakersfield, CA. on the show Gettin Sideways.  Continue reading

Kahne Caps Off Dominant Pocono Run with a Victory

Kasey Kahne made Team Hendrick proud on Sunday at Pocono after he took the win in a day they totally dominated. A wild afternoon started with pole-sitter Jimmie Johnson leading, but when he ran into trouble just shy of the mid-point of the race, Kahne rose to the top spot. Then when a late caution sprung a dash for the win, it was Jeff Gordon taking over the lead but he was passed on another late restart by Kahne. It was a decent day for Hendrick teams to say the least and they’ll be sipping the champagne tonight. Continue reading
