The Agenda

This episode centers around Kentucky Speedway for the NASCAR doubleheaders for the Cup and Xfinity Series, along with the Gander RV & Outdoors Truck and ARCA Menards Series. We’ll also provide updates from the ARCA East and West, and offer pre-race audio from drivers as time permits.

  • First, we give a few updates from the ARCA East and West along with the preview for the ARCA Menards Series at Kentucky. 
  • Next, we preview the NASCAR Gander & RV Outdoors Truck Series at Kentucky.
  • Then, our preview continues with the doubleheader for the NASCAR Xfinity Series at Kentucky

Harvick clinches third Brickyard victory in the NASCAR Cup Series Big Machine Hand Sanitizer 400 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway on Sunday.

After a double-header weekend in Pocono, the NASCAR Cup Series carried the excitement to Indianapolis Motor Speedway. ‘The Brickyard’ is one of the most prestigious tracks on the Cup Series schedule. The race is also a crown jewel event and is on the bucket list for many drivers to win a race here.

Jesse Love wins again in the ARCA Menards Series West, this time in the ENOES 125 presented by NAPA Auto Parts at Irwindale Speedway.

Making it two ARCA Menards Series West victories in a row, Jesse Love held off an Irwindale Speedway favorite, Trevor Huddleston, in the ENOES 125 for his second win in two weeks.

Chandler Smith wins for Venturini Motorsports in the ARCA Menards Series Calypso Lemonade 200 at Lucas Oil Raceway on Friday night.

With a dominating performance, Chandler Smith, with Venturini Motorsports wins for the second-straight time at Lucas Oil Raceway. Last fall, Smith took the checkered flag in the rain-shortened race at the Brownsville, Indiana 0.686-mile paved oval. He led seven laps when the rain arrived on lap 167 of 200.

Post Pocono Power Ranking for the NASCAR Cup Series as they get ready for racing at Indianapolis Motor Speedway on Sunday.

Last weekend’s Pocono doubleheader was supposed to be the first of its kind. Unfortunately, due to the coronavirus pandemic, it wasn’t the first time this season that two races were run in the same week. However, with NASCAR Cup Series races run on Saturday and Sunday, it was the first time in NASCAR history that two races for points were held at the same track on consecutive days. With the races shorter than usual at 325 and 350 miles respectively, fuel strategy reigned supreme, allowing Kevin Harvick and Denny Hamlin to get another victory to add to their already impressive seasons.
